Consideration of the Value of Your Time
Our caregivers arrive to their assignments on time. If there are any circumstances that may prevent this from happening, know that you will be well informed of any changes and/or accommodated with another caring caregiver, if need be, so as to not interrupt your plan of care.

We have built into the core of our processes a needs assessment procedure that culminates with the patient receiving a precise plan of care. The care you receive is exactly what you need. We do keep updated with your condition and progress so that, as the need arises, the amount of care is increased or decreased.
24/7 Accessibility to LIVE Staff
QHS is one of the few home health care providers who have true 24/7 access. You will always be able to speak with a live patient care coordinator (not an answering service) at whatever time you need to get in touch with us.
No Payment Headaches
We accept many forms of payment including: all major credit cards, personal checks and assignment of benefits from your insurance company. In the event that there is an assignment of benefits through an insurance company, we will pay the caregiver on your behalf while we await reimbursement from your insurance provider. This will alleviate your having to deal with claim forms, nurse time sheets, waiting on insurance checks, etc. – we take care of all of that for you.
Monitor Caregiver Arrival and Exit
QHS utilizes Telephony Technology to monitor our caregivers. This technology is associated with the electronic transmission of the caregiver’s arrival and departure to the client’s assignment in real time. This system replaces hand written time sheets and is used for client’s visits, client invoicing, and caregiver payroll processing.
Our caregivers use the client’s telephone to log-in/out from the client’s location upon arrival and departure with their assigned pin. Telephony helps us supervise our caregivers to ensure that our client’s needs are met. If a caregiver doesn’t show up at his/her assignment, the system notifies us immediately, so that we can take the necessary step to ensure that our clients are cared for.

Care that you do not have to worry about because we have got it all covered. From getting the right plan of care together, to making sure the appropriate parties are billed, QHS operations are built around making sure it all gets done efficiently.
Service Pledge
QHS stands behind our services. We have made a strong commitment to provide excellent, caring service with high integrity to our clients and all those associated with us. Because of this commitment, we are certain that we can meet your needs and exceed your expectations. For that, we are allowing all of our new clients who receive Home Health Aide and Certified Nurse’s Assistant care, the ability to try our services for a free two (2) hour period according to the established plan of care. If you are satisfied with our service and want to stay with us, simply let us know and service will continue. At which point, we will give you a two (2) hour credit on your first bill.
