We get to know you

Our patient care coordinators get to know your needs and your unique situation so that you get personalized service from the caregiver who is the best fit for you.

We check in and follow up

Through our continuous monitoring system, a registered nurse or care manager will supervise your caregiver via periodic calls and visits to check on their reliability and performance. We also do a formal evaluation to receive after care feedback once a care program has been completed, so we’ll follow up with you to get your comments on the service you received.

We make sure you’re satisfied

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your caregiver, please contact our offices and we will immediately provide you with a new caregiver.
